The Greater London Business School (GLBS) is one of the UK’s leading private business schools. Established in 2018, GLBS offers a broad range of accredited courses in the areas of management, leadership and sales. In addition to courses and training the GLBS also offers sales enablement consultancy and sales recruitment service. Sales enablement consultancy involves working in-house with leadership and sales teams to boost performance using intensive learning techniques. GLBS has delivered sales enablement consultancy to a number of leading organisations which has improved their top line revenue and profits, increased sales personnel and customer retention. GLBS has also advised on the implementation of CRM systems and sales processes.
GLBS has been a pioneer in the use of serious business games and simulation as a teaching tool. In particular it uses the award-winning FLIGBY business game developed by Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi who has developed the FLOW methodology for business. The video-based serious game is used to assess 29 key management/leadership competencies.
